I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. All I ask is that you keep me in the loop so I can continue to give each client the time and care they deserve.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Need to reschedule or cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours notice by rescheduling online or reaching out directly. This helps me adjust my day and offer that time to someone else.
Late rescheduling & cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
Reschedules: Please let me know at least 1 day prior, if it becomes a consistent habit, a small fee of $10.00 may be added to your following appointment.
Same Day Cancellations: 20% fee collected from the card on file.
Running late?
I totally get it — things come up! Please message me as soon as you can.
- There’s a 15-minute grace period.
- At 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. A $10 fee will be added to your next appointments total during checkout if you choose to reschedule.
If I don’t hear from you, it’s considered a No-Show, and the No-Show policy below will apply.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the missed service day of, and will also require an additional 50% deposit to book again before appointment is accepted.
No-show without a card on file + no communication may result in a ban from future bookings.
If your card on file fails when collecting a late/cancellation fee, the charge may be added to your next visit — or it may affect your ability to book in the future.
